Robert J. Trethewey

Robert J. Trethewey, 89, of Kansas City, passed away Tuesday, at Kingswood Manor in Kansas City, Missouri.

He served as an Army test pilot during World War II. Robert is survived by his son, Dr. Robert J. Trethewey and his wife Judy; two daughters, Dr. Kim Becher and her husband Rod; Sydney Isle and her husband Jason; grandson, Micah Becher and wife Ashley; granddaughter, Alexa Trethewey; and sister in law, Huberta Branigan.

Services and Contributions

A Celebration of Robert's life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 20 at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans; P.O. Box 14301; Cincinnati, OH 45250; or to Pet Connection; 20700 W. 151st Street; Olathe, KS 66061. Robert was born May 29, 1923 in San Francisco, CA.
