Robert Roy Willis

Robert Roy Willis, 65, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away Wednesday 04/19/2023 at home with his loving wife Jackie. Rob was born in Kansas City, Kansas on 12/23/1957, the son of Lawrence and Mary Willis.

Rob was a trained welder and worked for Arise Inc for the last 20+ years first as boiler inspector and most recently as District Manager / Authorized Inspector Supervisor.

Rob enjoyed being with his family, playing his guitars, listening to music, watching Nascar races, riding his Harley and sitting on the deck bird watching with his wife.

Rob is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Rob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Donald Willis.

Rob leaves behind his wife Jackie the love of his life, 4 children Robert Willis Jr, Michael Willis, Krissy Dunn, Darryl Dunn Jr. (Amanda) 8 Grandchildren Amanda Willis, Matthew Dunn, Alissa Willis, Shaun Dunn, Lukas Dunn, Alayna Willis, Aliyah Willis, Jaxson Willis, 2 Great grandchildren Ty Threadgill, Avery Threadgill, Sister Mary Willis, brother John Willis (Donna) and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS 66203.
