Roberta Jane Horn

Roberta Jane Horn, 72, Shawnee, KS passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Merriam, KS.

Roberta was born February 15, 1951 in Pratt, KS to Robert and Daisy June Horn. She attended Sterling High School, Sterling, KS and graduated from Hutchinson Community College. Roberta lived in Dodge City and managed a Taco Tico, later moving to the Johnson County area. She was employed with Remel Medical Supply for over 20 years until her retirement.

Roberta was a member of the BPW, VFW Auxiliary and was a past president of the Shawnee Jaycee’s. She was a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Roberta was preceded in death by parents. Survivors include her two brothers, Richard Horn, Kansas City, KS and David Horn (Kim Holcomb-Horn), Wichita, KS; sister Candice Crandel, Wichita, KS; and two nephews, Darrick Crandel, Wichita, KS and Chad Crandel, Austin, TX.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Roberta’s name to the American Diabetes Association.
