Ronald R. Grace

Ronald R Grace, 58, of Roeland Park, KS passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Kansas City Hospice House after a courageous 5 year battle with cancer.

Ronnie attended Bishop Miege High School. He worked as a supervisor at the US Post Office in Kansas City, MO for 23 years where he leaves behind many friends.  He was a true sports fan and memorabilia junky.  He was a longtime Kansas basketball season ticket holder. He attended hundreds of Royals and Chiefs games as well as several major sporting events, including Final Fours, Super Bowls, World Series and US Open golf championships. Ronnie was born on May 8, 1960 to C. Robert and Kathleen (Fischer) Grace in Kansas City, KS.  He is preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his sister Deborah Grace.

Ronnie was a friend to everyone especially his extended families, the McConniffs, Jacksons, and Orricks where he spent many holidays and special events.  He was most proud of his godson Brett and sister Emily with whom he shared special bonds.

A visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 am Friday, Feb. 1 at St Pius X Catholic Church, Mission, KS.; burial in Resurrection Cemetery.
