Clinton, Missouri - Roy K. Hammack passed away December 15th, 2020 at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital due to complications from Parkinson’s and a recent hip fracture. He was a proud individual with a heart of gold who loved all animals and spending spare time in nature. He lived with his son and dogs in rural Osceola Missouri for many years. He enjoyed feeding the birds daily, admiring the natural beauty of his surroundings, and bringing home new native plants to put in his yard. He leaves behind multiple family members, near and far away, who he all loved dearly.

His resting place will be next to his wife Nancy P. Hammack at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens in Johnson County Kansas.

Any donations on his behalf can be made to the Johnson County Community College where he spent decades teaching one of his passions, chemistry/science.
