Ruby Erlene (Heyenbrock) Eller

Ruby Erlene Eller, 87, Overland Park, KS (formerly of Concordia, MO) died Monday, Jan. 24, 2022. Visitation will be 1-2:00 pm followed by a service at 2:00 pm Saturday, Jan. 29 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Monday, Jan. 31 at the Concordia Baptist Cemetery, Concordia, MO.

Ruby Erlene Eller of Overland Park, KS passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022.

Funeral services will be at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Saturday the 29th of January 2022 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm. Graveside services will be on Monday the 31st of January 2022 at 11:00 am at Concordia Baptist Cemetery in Concordia, MO.

Born March 2, 1934 in Knob Noster, MO, She was one of four daughters of John and Ida White, who passed away when she was 17 months old. Ruby and Ruth were adopted by their uncle and aunt, Walter Heyenbrock and Elsie Brookshier Heyenbrock.

Ruby was a graduate of Concordia High School and went on to receive an Associates of Commerce degree from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, MO.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Dorothy Smith and Ruth Heyenbrock. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Eller; son, Steven Eller (Lorelle Eller); daughter, Linda Eller-Paffen (Edward Paffen); sister, Mary Ann Canfield; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
