RUBY B. HUBLER

Ruby Hubler, 85, of Shawnee, KS, passed away, Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Ruby was born November 5, 1931 in Centerville, KS to Warren and Nellie King Poole. She married James Hubler on November 22, 1951, and they moved to Shawnee in 1954. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Sue) Hubler, of Shawnee, Ks and David (Elsie) Hubler of Independence, KS; three grandchildren, Michelle (Josh) Wingerd, Chris (Cathy) Hubler, and Mallory (Dustin) Hirrlinger, and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 12 Noon, Monday, January 9, at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., prior to the funeral. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Monday at the Woodland Cemetery in Mound City, KS.
