Sarah E. Devore

Sarah E. Devore, 91, passed away 3/13/2020 at AdventHealth Care Center Overland Park.

She was born in Kilmichael, Mississippi, daughter of Robert (JimBob) & Alma Devore. She was employed as an embroider and was passionate about it as a hobby as well. She loved spending time with her extended family, as she didn’t have any children of her own and was never married. She was a very active person, attended many softball games and enjoyed music. She will be remembered for her laughter and compassion. She is survived by her sister Margaret (Robert) Smith and niece SherryLynne of the home. Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Ina Katherine, Jeanne, Bart, Luke, James and William.

There will be a private family viewing followed by a graveside service held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
