Scott Alan Carmitchel, Sr., 59, of Overland Park, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at his home with his loving wife by his side.

Scott was born October 16, 1956 to the late Harry and Rose Carmitchel in Kansas City, MO. A lifelong Kansas City resident, Scott attended Shawnee Mission South and married Treva Berber on September 5, 1997 in Loose Park, Kansas City, MO. Scott is also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Justus. He is survived by his loving wife Treva; a son Scott Carmitchel, Jr.; four sisters, Virginia Lambright and husband Bob; Barbara Campbell and husband Duncan; Bonnie Jones; Kathy Colombo; two brothers, Robert Carmitchel and Harry Carmitchel and wife Tatiana; many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Celebration of Life Services
