Scott Darby

On Monday, October 22, 2018, Scott Darby passed away unexpectedly in Madeira, FL at the age of 59.

Scott was born on May 7, 1959 in Akron, Ohio to Robert and Phyllis (Robertson) Darby. He received his BS in Journalism/Advertising with a Minor in General Business from Kansas State University in May, 1981.  Scott held various positions in Finance and Mortgage Banking during his career.  He was known for his love of sports and dogs, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Robert.  He is survived by his mother, Phyllis, his brother Lance (Diana) Darby, his niece Sarah, and his nephew Jon.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 23rd at 10:30 am at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66203. Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation.
