Sean Michael McCoy, 36, of Olathe, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017 at his home.

Sean was born September 7, 1981 to Terry and Nancy McCoy in Kansas City, MO.  Sean graduated from Blue Valley North High School in 1999 and attended Johnson County Community College.  Sean married Mapi Reyna on February 8, 2003 in Overland Park.  Sean was a talented musician who loved to play the piano and guitar.  He was a dedicated husband and loving father.

Sean is survived by his wife Mapi; his children, Sofia, Kelly and Leo; his mother, Nancy McCoy; a brother, Mark Etheridge and wife Alice; three sisters, Heather McCoy; Amy McCoy; Kristina McCoy and his maternal grandparents, Van and Betty Williamson.  Sean is preceded in death by his father, Terry McCoy.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 19 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS.  Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
