Shealyn Hayes

Shealyn Margaret Hayes, age 15, of Tonganoxie, Kansas, passed away April 23, 2013, in Basehor, Kansas.

Shealyn was born January 19, 1998, in Shawnee, Kansas, to Monique Mellor Trojacek and Jeffrey Hayes. Shealyn was a freshman honor student at Basehor-Linwood High School. She was involved in soccer, wrestling manager, power lifting, and lover of horses and all other animals.

Shealyn is survived by her parents, Monique (John) Trojacek and Jeff (Susan) Hayes; sister, Jaden Trojacek; brothers, Ryan Howell, Chad Howell, Tristan Hayes, and Kobe Trojacek; grandparents, Marvin (Mary Ann) Trojacek, and Harold (Anita) Martin, and great grandmother, Juanita Bryan. She is preceded in death by her grandparents.

Visitation will be from 2:30-3:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013, at Crossroads Christian Church, 5855 Renner Road, Shawnee, Kansas 66217 with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 3:00 p.m.
