Sherry Lynn Howe

Sherry Howe, 71, of Merriam, KS passed away on December 5th, 2019. She was born on November 1st, 1948 to Harry and Myra Jenks.Sherry was a devout Christian and longtime member of Merriam Christian Church. She was a member of the choir for many years. On June 7th, 1969, Sherry married Michael Howe. They raised their family of three kids, Jeff, Kevin and Debbie in Merriam, KS. Sherry loved to sew, crochet and was a huge Elvis fan. In her working years, Sherry worked at Artex, A Division of Jostens, as a Traffic Coordinator for 13 years.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Myra Jenks; husband, Michael Howe; daughter, Loretta Howe; sister-in-law, Paulette Jenks. She is survived by her children, Jeff Howe, Kevin (Jeannette) Howe and Debbie Howe; granddaughter, Tess; brother, Harry Jenks, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Buddy Jenks and Jenny (Jason Romanashin) Jenks; great niece, Ruby Romanashin; and sister, Julie (Donna Lemmons) Jenks.

A visitation will be held at Merriam Christian Church, 9401 Johnson Dr, Merriam, KS 66203, on Wednesday, December 11th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6:00 PM.
