Sherry Kay Morrison

Sherry Kay Morrison (Timm) passed peacefully on Thursday, June 17th, 2021 at the age of 59. Sherry was born on February 28th, 1962 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She was the daughter of Marvin Ray Timm and JoAnn Timm (Werp). Sherry grew up with her parents, four brothers and one sister.

On August 23, 1980 Sherry married her best friend Raymond Oliver Morrison. They shared 40 years of love and laughter while raising their three children and two grandchildren.

In addition to her devotion to her family and friends, Sherry loved gardening, traveling, the lake, game nights, and cooking Sunday dinners.

Sherry was a nurse by profession but her caring nature did not stop there. She had a contagious and caring smile that made everyone she met feel special.

In 2003, Sherry was diagnosed with Crohns disease. Throughout the last 18 years of health challenges, she maintained a positive attitude and fighting spirit.

Sherry’s memory is carried on by her husband Raymond Morrision, her daughter Kristy Wass and her husband Brad and grandson Rylen, her son Daniel Morrison and his fiancé Sarah Zian and granddaughter Riley, her daughter Julie Williams and her husband Thomas and baby Williams, her brothers Lee Timm, Jim Timm, and Brian Timm, and her mother JoAnn Timm.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, June 22nd from 10-11 AM at Amos Family Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM also at Amos Family Funeral Home.
