Shirley Hsiung Birchfield, 75, passed away on November 20, 2014. She was born July 1, 1939 in Hopei, China to M.Y. Liu and Lee-Chuan Liu. She was an avid tennis player. Shirley was a floral designer for Picture Perfect Interiors who enjoyed making lovely arrangements for her clients. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Kansas City Hospice House for wonderful care and support. Shirley is survived by her husband Bill, son, Paul (ChiChin) Hsiung, Anthony Hsiung, sisters, Rosa Hu, Cecilia Wang, Grandchildren Vincent and Valerie Hsiung. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents.

A Visitation has been scheduled for 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Monday November 24, 2014 at the Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 24, 2014.
