Shirley B. Kerfes, 78, of Kansas City, KS passed away Feb. 17, 2014. She was born Jan. 30, 1936 to Ted and Clara Kling. She grew up in Kansas City, KS and graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1954. She was united in marriage to Gary Kerfes, Sr. on Nov. 5, 1954. He preceded her in death. Shirley is survived by her daughter Sharon Quer and husband Geoffrey, her son Gary Kerfes, Jr. and his wife Debbie, grandchildren; Meghan Boehm, Kyle Kerfes, Justin Quer, Tanner Kerfes, and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation & Funeral Service

A visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 21st from 5 to 7 pm at the Amos Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, Feb. 22nd, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
