Sidney C. Verheaghe, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away January 9, 2016 at Garden Terrace Overland Park. Sidney was born February 7, 1921 in Kansas City, Kansas to Julius and Adelaine Verheaghe. Sidney is survived by his Daughter, Jeannette (Jim) Osborn, Bakersfield, CA, sister, Laura White of Fallbrook, CA, daughter-in-law's, JoAnn Verheaghe, Marsha Verheaghe, ten grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Sid was preceded in death by his wife Helena in 2005, sons, Jerry and Gene, two sisters, and four brothers.

Services

A Visitation is set for 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Friday, January 15, 2016 at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas. A Funeral Service is set for 11:00 AM, Friday also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
