Stephen M. DiMaio, 66, of Mission, KS passed away Monday, October 19, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Stephen was born December 3, 1948 to the late Anthony and Beatrice DiMaio in Kansas City, Missouri. Stephen attended Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and worked for the city of Fairway for many years. Stephen was an avid bowler, and was often found playing a game at the old Mission Bowl. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and recently had been attending St. Agnes Catholic Church.

Stephen is survived by his sister, Janet DiMaio; an uncle, Roger Provost and wife Barbara.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 at Amos Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
