Subhajit (Jeet) Dutt of Leawood, Kansas, left this earth Saturday, September 30, 2017, and rests in eternal peace with his loved ones.  Subhajit was born, April 6, 1974 to Achyut Kumar and Sukti Dutt in Kolkata, India, and is survived by his three beautiful children Aylin, Atticus and Asha Dutt, mother (Sukti Dutt), and brother (Satyajit Dutt).

Subhajit completed his schooling in India, and thereafter migrated to his beloved country United States of America, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Business from Mount Mercy College (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) in 1999, making all of his family and friends extremely proud.   Subhajit was a thorough Professional and a beloved co-worker, working at several large U.S. companies, most recently being at Ameri100 as Senior Practice Director. We all know him as an extremely hard working man — be it at work, home or community, and he could smile his way through eighteen hours of extreme hard labor and not get agitated.

Subhajit attended City Center Church, was a caring and loving son to his parents, an amazing brother, and a doting father.   His children were his world and he went out of his way running pillar to post to see a smile on their faces.

Undoubtedly, Subhajit's smile and laughter touched us all in profound ways. We will never forget your beautiful smile, a glowing light always there to help us find our way.

Funeral Services

Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Amos Family Funeral Home.
