Susan E. Tines of Olathe, KS (formerly of Ballwin, MO) passed away July 29, 2022 at the age of 68. Born on May 8, 1954 in St. Louis, MO to Ed and Betty Tines, Sue attended the St. Louis Special School District, Manchester Center for Developmentally Disabled (Manchester, MO) and Options in Shawnee Mission, KS.
Sue enjoyed spending time with her parents, brothers, sisters (in-laws), nieces and nephews on many family vacations at Gulf Shores, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Ed and Betty Tines, brother, Michael Tines, and brother-in-law, Brian Hintz. Survivors include sisters Debi Krumme (John) of Shawnee, KS, Jill Hintz (Bill Roche), Mahtomedi, MN, brother David Tines (Kelly) Lenexa, KS, sister-in-law Julie Burns (Mark) Jupiter, FL and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sue was an aunt to ten nieces, nephews, and eight great nieces and nephews.
Sue will be laid to rest on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Affton, MO at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing a donation to Advocacy in Motion , a foundation that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
