Tanya Lea Schroeder, 50, born Feb. 11, 1969, left us for heaven on 12-19-2019. She was born to Thomas Wagner and Rosalie Vogler then raised by Dean and Rosalie Vogler in the Kansas City area. She was married to Wade Schroeder and had two children, Cassandra Schroeder and Christopher Schroeder. She also had three grandchildren, Javon Schroeder, Ellis Smith and Timothy Jr. Page. She loved spending time with family eating dinner and watching movies. She had a passion for multiple types of arts and crafts and would do them with her grandchildren, for herself and volunteered to do them for the church. She had a great love for animals, especially dogs, and would spoil them any chance she got. She loved and expected hugs all the time not only from family but the many friends of family members also. Despite being an amputee, she loved to volunteer at Old Shawnee Days and had a large part in starting the CERT team in Shawnee, KS where she and her husband were 2 of the first 3 members. She is preceded in death by her mother, Rosalie Vogler. She leaves behind her dad, Thomas Wagner, step-dad, Dean Vogler, husband, Wade Schroeder, children, Christopher Schroeder and Cassandra Schroeder, and grandchildren, Javon Schroeder, Ellis Smith, and Timothy Page. She will be sincerely missed and leave a large hole in many hearts.
