Teresa “Tracie” Ann Surber

Teresa "Tracie" Ann Surber, 52, Overland Park, KS passed away Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at 2:35 p.m. at her home surrounded by her family.

Tracie was born Sept. 2, 1966 in Kansas City, MO. She was a lifelong resident of Johnson County, KS. Tracie was employed with Thermo Fisher Scientific for over thirty years. She was an avid animal lover and supported the local rescue agencies.

Tracie is survived by her husband, Kevin Surber; her three children, Ryan Hirschberg, Shawnee, KS, Justin Gehring, Turner, KS and Amanda Wilson, Overland Park, KS; two step-children, Kevin Michael Surber and Emily Surber, Galesburg, IL; father and step-mother, Robert and Judy Tramposh, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; mother, Janice Jones, Overland Park, KS; three sisters, Tammie McClelland, Overland Park, KS, Lauren O'Hanlon, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Kristen Tramposh, Kansas City, KS; brother, Todd Tramposh, Lenexa, KS; and nieces, Kaylie and Brandi McClelland, Overland Park, KS. Tracie will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Amos Family Funeral Home; inurnment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Shawnee, KS.
