Terri Lynn Richardson

Terri Lynn Richardson, 59, Lenexa, KS passed away Friday, Feb. 20, 2015 at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Terri was born June 27, 1955 to Glenn and Nadine Fletcher in Kansas City, KS. She graduated Washington High School and earned her bachelor's degree in education from Kansas State University and Masters from Emporia State University. On June 12, 1981, Terri married Thomas Richardson in Kansas City, KS.

Terri taught at Chelsea and T.A. Edison Elementary Schools in Kansas City, KS, retiring in 2010. She was devoted to her students and was recognized for her excellence in teaching.

Terri was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Fletcher. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Thomas L. Richardson; mother, Nadine D. Fletcher, De Soto, KS; brother, Bill (Kathy) Fletcher, De Soto, KS; three nieces and six great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Tuesday, Feb. 24 at the Amos Family Funeral home and Crematory. Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25 at the funeral home; inurnment in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
