Tracy I. LaForge, 91, of Shawnee, KS passed away Sept. 2, 2014. He was born July 6, 1923 in Falls City, NE to Tracy and Minnie (Metzger) LaForge. He served in the US Navy during WWII and worked as a Locomotive Foreman for Union Pacific. He was united in marriage to Anna Lucas on July 10, 1943. Tracy volunteered many hours to help the mentally handicapped and made several mission trips to Guatemala with the Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Anna LaForge, and daughters, Nickie and Sally LaForge. He is survived by his son Steve LaForge and wife Cindy.

Visitation & Funeral Service

A visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 5th from 10 to 11 am at the Amos Family Funeral Home & Crematory. A funeral service will follow at 11 am. A family graveside will be held in Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie, KS.
