Wilbur A. Rapsilber, 89, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away April 8, 2014, in Cameron, Missouri. Wilbur was born August 30, 1924, in Jacksonville, Illinois, to Albert and LaVina Rapsilber. Wilbur was an accountant for many years.

He is survived by his son, Gregory Rapsilber; daughter, Tami Wellman-Degroote; and grandchildren, Lauren Stewart, Catherine Rowe and Zachary Wellman. Wilbur was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen, son, Randy Rapsilber and parents.

Services

Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2014, at the Amos Family Funeral Home with a memorial service immediately following at 1:00 p.m.
