William Colin Hill

William Colin Hill, 65, Overland Park, KS passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Society of Olathe, KS.

Bill was born February 7, 1953 in Kansas City, MO to William R. and Billie Ann Hill. He was a 1971 graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School. Bill worked with the Kansas Highway Patrol as a dispatcher and was later office manager with Weaver's Exterminators since 1999. Bill was a gifted musician, playing piano, guitar and drums. His granddaughter, Colbie was the light of his life.

Bill is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sharon Hill; daughter, Nicole "Nicki" (William) Bettes, Olathe, KS; sister, Helen Hill, Los Angeles, CA; brothers, Michael R. Hill, Olathe, KS, Douglas Hill, St. Louis, MO and Paul M. Hill, Huntsville, AL; granddaughter, Colbie Mae Bettes, Olathe, KS; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30 at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Cremation will follow.
