Wilma Isabel Sitchler

Wilma Sitchler, 89, of Blue Springs, MO passed Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Wilma was born September 26, 1929 in  White Earth North Dakota to Willis and Clara Armstrong. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Charlie Bob Sitchler; brothers George and Lloyd Armstrong.

Wilma is survived by her son Gary and his wife Laura Sitchler; daughter Roxanne Sitchler McIlvain; and son David Miles and wife Marsha Sitchler; 8 grandchildren; Nick, Joe, and Serina Sitchler; Philip and Melanie McIlvain; Chris and Josh Stratton; Johnathan D. Sitchler as well as 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. Wilma is also survived by three sisters, Myrtle Mercer of Texas; Carol Wooten of Sacramento, CA and Lila Williams of Oregon.

Wilma was married over twenty five years to Charlie Bob Sitchler. She worked at McDonald Douglas at the end of World War II and was a Rosie the Riveter. She worked for Bobs Big Boy for several years.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
