Wilma M. White, 82, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013, at the Indian Meadows Healthcare Center, Overland Park, Kansas.
Wilma was born January 27, 1930, in Nevada County, Arkansas, to James and Effie Crabb. She was a member of Colonial Presbyterian Church, Kansas City, Missouri. Wilma was a Life Master in Bridge, enjoyed all sports, especially watching and playing tennis. She had made a great many friends over the years, most recently those she lived among at Shawnee Hills, her last residence.
Wilma was loved and will be missed by her two daughters, Pamela Conrad and husband, Rick, Auburn, Indiana, and Barbara Fitts and husband, Greg, West Des Moines, Iowa; son, Mark White and wife, Sheryl, Shawnee, Kansas; brother, Harlis Crabb and wife, Rita, Bend, Oregon; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at the Amos Family Funeral Home; burial in the Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 9-10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
